Developer announces new details for Katy Boardwalk District mixed-use project
A hotel and conference center planned for the Katy Boardwalk District, a 169-acre mixed-use development next to Katy Mills Mall, will include at least 300 rooms and 45,000 square feet of meeting space, the developers said Tuesday.
